Jak'e s Gift was established in October 2009 in honour of my son who lost his battle with dilated cardiomyopathy (an incurable disease of the heart muscle) aged 52 days new.

Jake's Gift donates memory keepers to hospitals to give to the parents who sadly lose their precious child while in hospital. We currently supply to 4 hospital wards in Queensland  and the cardiac ward at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne.

Jake's Gift also raises awareness of paediatric cardiomyopathy and other paediatric heart conditions.
