Over $70 million dollars was reportedly lost by Australian consumers in 2009 - that is staggering! And to think that is only the amount of "reported" losses, imagine how much was not reported!

We want you to share your experience! Have you lost money buying online? How much? What was the story? We want to know the ins and outs of your experience so we can help to educate others. Do you have any complaints about the service (or lack there of) from a website? Did you ever receive the goods you were promised? Did you ever get your money back? Please send us your complaints and we will do everything within our power to assist you.

Please send us complaints in relation to;

• Not satisfied with the service or products from a website vendor
• Didn't received the products you paid for
• Or simply can't get into contact with the website vendor

When sending in your complaints please includé;

• The website in question
• Details of the transaction
• Your complaint regarding the products, services or information received
• Any correspondence you have had with the vendor

Send this information to admin@australiancertified.com.au with Consumer Complaint in the subject line and include all details listed above. We aim to set up a telephone number in the near future, but at this stage we can only accept email correspondence. 

We can not guarantee to get your money back but rest assured we will definately bat for you all the way!
